This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information Illusion Arc holds about you, including accounts created through Facebook or another third-party login provider. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

To request deletion of your data, you may:

• Email us at admin@illusionarc.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including the email address or account ID associated with your profile; or
• For accounts created via Facebook login, open Facebook's Settings → Apps and Websites, select the Illusion Arc app, and choose Remove / Send Request, which notifies us to delete the data associated with your account.

Once we receive a verified request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information. For questions, contact admin@illusionarc.com.
